masterpiece of a "Maître-compagnon"      

        Under Louis the XIV^th, a companion made a masterpiece with the true ability of a master sculptor.
        This craftman created a set of miniatures, portraying several professions from the XVII^th century. Certainly not toy soldiers, but vivid scenes made of zinc, shaped by hand and lead-soldered.
        Incredibly detailed, tinted with realism and humor, a great work of art!
